Payment Data. Payment data is handled and stored by GoCardless and Stripe.

Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In short: We may share information in specific situations with the following categories of third parties.

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us and require access to such information. Categories include: cloud computing, communication and collaboration tools, AI platforms, data analytics, payment processors, finance and accounting tools, website hosting providers, and government entities.

We may also share information in connection with business transfers, use of Google Maps Platform APIs, with affiliates, or with business partners.

In short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save preferences, and assist with basic site functions. Google Analytics

We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyse use of the Services. To opt out, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Do We Offer AI-Based Products?

In short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence.

We provide AI Products through third-party service providers including OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with these providers. Our AI Products are designed for: text analysis, AI automation, AI bots, document generation, AI research, AI search, and AI applications. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk — you should only access the Services within a secure environment.

In short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

If you are located in the UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Withdrawing consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 13.

Opting out of marketing: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature. No uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this notice.

12. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?

In short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a prominent notice or sending you a notification directly. We encourage you to review this notice frequently.
